At SignatureMenswear, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase; if a garment doesn't fit or meet your expectations, you can return it within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original, unworn condition with all designer tags still attached to qualify for a full refund or exchange.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the items in their original packaging and include the printed return authorization slip inside the box.
Ship the Items
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.
Quality Inspection & Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return for quality compliance, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
